Return and Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods, or from the date on which a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
The goods are in their original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned, for example goods that deteriorate quickly or where the expiry date has passed.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
The supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above return conditions.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Returns for Hygiene Products
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
For hygiene reasons, opened hygiene products or hygiene products with a broken seal cannot be returned.
If the packaging or seal is unopened, you may return the product within 14 days in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
Examples of hygiene products include, but are not limited to:
Magnetic lashes / eyelash accessories
Underwear, such as briefs, boxers or bodysuits
Socks / stockings, if sealed packaging has been opened
Swimwear, such as bikini bottoms or swim briefs
Earrings / piercings, for hygiene reasons
Cosmetics, such as lip products, eyeliner or mascara
Personal care products, such as shaving heads, epilators or beauty tools that come into contact with the skin
